R&D areas _ Power Assembly Interconnection Technology (AIT) for automotive & semiconductor products applicationFE simulation and reliability analysis of new and improved technologies, processes and concepts regarding electrical/mechanical components and interconnectsSimulation support for local and global product development projects and local plantMethod development to further extend simulation capabilities or increase efficiencyCooperation with international development locations and national institutesEducation Background: Computational Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or comparable studies with a master’s degree or higher;3-5 years’ experience in development fieldProfessional Skills:Knowledge about metals, metal fatigue or ceramics or polymers and material fatigueExperience in the field of FE Simulation (e.g. ANSYS) and reliability analysisEnthusiasm for innovative and technical questionsGood communication skills for the cooperation with international development locationsSoft Skills:Team player in cross-functional local & global teamPresentation w/ storytelling Language:Fluent in English, German is a plusPersonality:Self-drivenCustomer orientationStrong ownershipCollaboration & Team work
