Practical Information Location: Bulgaria and Romania | Work Arrangements: Hybrid | Reports to: CTO, Cloud Platform Services | Visa Requirements: Valid visa for Bulgaria or Romania | Language Requirements: Fluent professional English, written and spoken; additional languages are a bonus | Learn more: softwareone.com As our new Azure Product Owner, you will help shape and grow SoftwareOne’s Azure services portfolio within the Cloud Platform Services Centre of Excellence. You will translate strategy, customer demand, and business priorities into a structured backlog and guide offerings from concept through release. While working closely with Product Managers, architects, engineers, delivery teams, and Microsoft, you will ensure services deliver measurable value to customers. Key Responsibilities - Own and prioritize the Azure services backlog, aligning development with customer and business needs - Translate strategy and demand into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria - Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define offerings, service descriptions, pricing inputs, and supporting materials - Coordinate with engineering teams to build, test, launch, and maintain Azure offerings - Maintain a visible Azure roadmap and provide stakeholders with updates on progress and delivery - Use feedback, usage data, delivery insights, incidents, and commercial outcomes to guide product decisions What we need to see from you - Experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or in a similar role within cloud, IT services, or managed services - Good working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and customer adoption patterns Solid understanding of agile delivery, backlog management, and requirements definition - Evidence of taking ideas through to successful live offerings - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences - Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and focus on customer outcomes What we offer Global company culture based on six core values - A mentor who supports your successful start with guidance and practical help - President’s Club recognition from leadership and peers - Lifelong education through training and development opportunities - Hire to Grow, continuously improving our structures and feedback culture to be an employer of choice today and in the future Job Function Software & Cloud Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
