Roles & Responsibilities : Strong experience in SAP SD, MM, JIT/JISAnalysis of incidents and providing solutions for problem resolution; debugging may be required in certain casesSupporting the business/specialist departments with process-related queries and understanding issues across the process chainShift-based support, including third-party management for critical incidents, in accordance with SLA response timesExperience with call-off control for JIT inbound/outbound, including status/action flowsExperience with EDI scenarios as per VDA standardsSeveral years of experience in the logistics domainEducational qualification: Experience :8-10Mandatory/requires Skills :Preferred Skills :
