The role Bilingual Payroll Analyst (Advanced English) LATAM / Location: Colombia Are you motivated by working closely with international teams in a multicultural environment? You will have a direct impact on employee experience and on the regional People & Culture operations. What a day-to-day in this role looks like: - Manage the full payroll cycle for employees in the region. - Ensure correct application of local labor laws and internal guidelines. - Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes. - Work closely with local and international People & Culture teams. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in payroll tools and HRIS. What we need to see from you Technical or professional degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields, with experience in payroll management and employee onboarding processes. Required Skills: - Proficiency in payroll tools and HRIS systems (ideally Workday). - Experience and ability to collaborate effectively with international teams. - Advanced Proficiency in English.
