About the Role

Hardware circuit design and development for Battery Management Systems (LV and HV)Hardware Failure Analysis and Board level / Product TestingSeries Component Change (PCN, PTN..) analysis and implementationConducting requirement analysis and handling in DOORSCreating creepage distance matrices, and reviewing PCB layoutsSelecting components using DAR and creating requirementsDocumenting development processes and results (e.g., Test plan preparation, performing testing, Test report preparation)Analyzing FMEA and FMEDA for the developed modulesPerforming simulations, calculations, and tests to ensure functionality and qualityPerforming HW Verification and supporting validation (LV124/ ISO 16750)SkillsGood knowledge on Analog, Digital & Power Electronics circuits designExcellent hardware failure analysis, debugging and testing skillsExperience in defining and execution of test cases with techniques.Handling of lab equipment like Oscilloscope, high voltage power supply, function generator etc.,Requirement analysis - Analog Electronics circuit designComponent selection, Worst case analysisSimulation using LTSpice, SIMPLIS, MATLAB etc.,Good communication skills, MS office applicationsHands on soldering experienceHigh Voltage testing of Power electronics Hardware.B.
