[Bosch HcP – Internship] Digital Quality Management System Intern

About the Role

Strong coordination & digital skill for the QMS processes, including:Support in exploring & applying AI tools/AI agent solutions to streamline repetitive tasks & optimize workflows.Support to update process documentation on HcP Process Compass, ensuring consistency & compliance with Bosch central directives.Support to coordinate & follow up Quality method topics (internal & external audit, QMS KPI updates,…).Support the quality management team in various projects and initiatives related to digital and non-digital QMS e.g Preventive Quality, Gap Analysis, Q-Mindset, QMS Excellence.Contribute to organize QMM7 informal & formal events. (Q mindset, PSD, Teambuilding, Diversity,…).Other admin task as assigned in ad-hoc cases. Last year student major in Management Information Systems (MIS), Information Technology, Quality Management or a related field.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Strong data-driven & process mindset with a keen interest in applying AI & automation tools to optimize workflows.Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive and positive attitude.Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to propose innovative solutions.Good at reading, writing and communication in English.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI.Basic design skill/video making and familiarity with digital solutions in documentation are a plus.A learning-driven, professional, inclusive multinational work environment fosters personal growth and expands professional networks.An attractive monthly allowance.Bus transportation and lunch are provided daily.Full-paid leaves for Vietnam public holidays, birthday, sickness and 01 day per working month.Opportunities to become a Bosch associate after graduation.
