[Bosch HcP – Internship] Lean Manufacturing Intern

About the Role

Supporting administrative tasks.Revising operation document under instruction of supervisor. Supporting on documentation control.Joining department project under instruction of supervisor such as operational improvement, saving cost/ energy, problem-solving, organize talk show, make a short form video/ film (e.g.: Participate in Change Over Time Reduction (SMED) project through process observation, data analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement activities).Support in preparing internal/ external audit at department.Presenting projects (by English).Other tasks be assigned based on demand.3rd or 4th year students majoring in the engineering background.Be able to read and make a drawings as well as knowledge regarding production optimization.Good English (preferable) and Vietnamese communication skills.Good Microsoft Office knowledge, skill in video editing is plus.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and SMED methodology for change over time reduction is an advantage.Proficiency in digital technologies, automation, and production systems is highly desirable.Careful, pro-active, patient, integrity and high disciplined.A learning-driven, professional, inclusive multinational work environment fosters personal growth and expands professional networks.An attractive monthly allowance.Bus transportation and lunch are provided daily.Full-paid leaves for Vietnam public holidays, birthday, sickness and 01 day per working month.Opportunities to become a Bosch associate after graduation.
