China – Manufacturing Test Process Engineering Technician (T)

About the Role

Specialty heads IQC to ensure incoming quality within spec.Specialty heads recycle for cost saving.Heads' calibration disk generation for production sustaining.IGC head bonding for production sustaining.Diploma, Major in Engineering will be preferred. Minimum 2years working experience in semiconductor manufacturing and familiar with microscope operation.Familiar with machine trouble shooting and alarm handling.Good sense and follow up on quality issue and project.Experience on machine and tooling routine PM.Good interpersonal and communication skill.Workable English.
