Experience : 6 Years to 8 Years Location : Chennai (Siruseri) Shift Timing : UK Shift Mandatory Skill : COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer (CICS as major experience) with strong analytical and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mainframe technologies and be comfortable working in a shift-based environment.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and support applications using CICS and VSAMAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsPerform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of mainframe applicationsEnsure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutionsParticipate in production support and resolve issues within defined SLAsRequired Skills & QualificationsMinimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CICS and VSAMStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of mainframe application developmentAbility to work independently and in a team environmentWillingness to work in rotational shiftsGood to Have Skills Experience in the Retail domainExposure to Agile methodologiesExperience working with services/APIsB.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCANeed candidates with 6 years of experience as expected by the customer.
