Practical Information Location: Belgrade, Serbia | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Reports to: Cloud Services Director | Contract type: Full-time | Visa Requirements: Valid Visa for Serbia | Language Requirements: Fluent/professional English and Serbian, written and verbal As our new Business Development Manager - Cloud, you will be responsible for driving business growth by building strategic client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer success through tailored cloud and managed service solutions. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of services and projects, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and technology partners to ensure high-quality, efficient, and profitable outcomes. In addition, you will contribute to the company's technology and business strategy, overseeing operational performance, financial results, and long-term customer and partner development. Key Responsibilities - Client Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor, managing governance processes and escalations, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth - Vendor Management: Lead the selection, contracting, and performance management of vendors and technology partners, ensuring cost efficiency, SLA compliance, high-quality delivery, and adherence to security standards - Service Delivery Management: Own the successful delivery of services and projects by overseeing resource planning, execution, service quality, operational performance, profitability, and continuous process improvement - Team and Operations Management: Manage and develop delivery and technical teams, ensuring effective resource utilization , strong performance , operational readiness, risk mitigation, and business continuity - Strategic and Financial Responsibility: Contribute to technology strategy and roadmap planning while managing budgets, monitoring financial performance and margins, and providing leadership with insights on results, risks, and growth opportunities What we need to see from you - Experience in IT channel sales and selling cloud/managed services (Azure and/or AWS) - Strong understanding of managed services, including SLAs, commercial models, and service delivery processes - Proven ability to win new business, grow accounts, and drive revenue in a cloud services environment - Excellent client, stakeholder, and partner management skills, with experience building trusted relationships - Experience working with system integrators, MSPs, vendors, and technology partners - Strong background in service delivery, operations, and team leadership within IT services - Commercially minded, with experience in budget management, profitability, and business growth strategies What we offer - Global company culture: We defined our 6 core values through our company culture ( https://www.softwareone.com/en/our-story/our-values ) - A mentor who supports your successful start and is at your side with advice and action - President’s Club: Recognition awarded by leadership and your peers - Lifelong education: A variety of training and development opportunities - Hire to Grow: We optimize our internal structures and feedback culture constantly to be your Employer of Choice, today and in future - Car allowance: 300 EUR gross monthly included - Holiday pay: 100 EUR gross monthly included - Private medical care - 50 euros per month for phone bill - 25 days of vacation (1 day added for 5 years of experience) Job Function Services Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
