THE ROLE As a Communications Intern based in Paris, you will support Helsing's communications and government affairs activity across France, with a particular focus on media monitoring, press logistics, and content production. You will help the team understand how Helsing is being discussed in the French press, keep media and stakeholder relationships organised, and ensure that internal and external communications materials are polished and on-brand. You will also play a dedicated role in preparing for and delivering Paris Air Show 2027, one of the most significant events on Helsing's calendar, working closely with colleagues across communications and government affairs to ensure it runs smoothly. THE DAY-TO-DAY - Track and analyse French press coverage daily, flagging key narratives and sentiment shifts to the communications team - Coordinate logistics for press events and media engagements, from scheduling through to on-site execution - Draft and proofread internal updates, social copy, and briefing notes that reflect Helsing's tone of voice - Maintain and update a comprehensive media and stakeholder contact database to support outreach and relationship management - Provide logistical support for government affairs activities, including meeting coordination and roundtable and conference planning - Deliver dedicated support across all phases of Paris Air Show 2027, from pre-event planning through to on-the-ground execution YOU SHOULD APPLY IF YOU - Communicate fluently in French and English, both written and spoken - Write clear, concise copy tailored to different audiences and formats - Organise multiple moving parts simultaneously without losing attention to detail - Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholder contacts - Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment - Approach ambiguous tasks with curiosity and a methodical mindset Note: We operate in an industry where women, as well as other minority groups, are systematically under-represented.
