About the Role

Your contribution to something big:As Compliance AI and Technology Architect, you will shape the technology strategy and architecture that enables Bosch Compliance to evolve in a rapidly changing digital environment. You will connect business needs, technology innovation and regulatory requirements to create secure, scalable and sustainable solutions for global Compliance operations.Your responsibilities include:Own the architecture, governance and strategic evolution of Compliance AI and technology platforms. Design and govern technology capabilities supporting both manual and AI-enabled Compliance processes. Drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across Compliance. Define and implement technology strategies supporting global Compliance operations. Enable the sustainable integration of AI, automation and data-driven capabilities into Compliance processes. Establish and maintain technology governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory, security and risk requirements. Translate Compliance and business requirements into scalable, secure and sustainable technology solutions. Represent Compliance in enterprise architecture, technology governance and cross-functional transformation programs. Lead complex global transformation and organizational change initiatives. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Compliance, IT and corporate functions. Balance innovation, regulatory requirements, risk management and operational excellence to ensure future-ready Compliance operations.What distinguishes you:Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
