About the Role

As an expert of our Corporate Office Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety – Own Operations team you will contribute to: Drive the occupational health and safety strategy;Drive the strategy regarding environmental protection, focusing on waste and pollution;Analyse CSRD and further legal requirements and transfer it to corporate action;Assess requirements, developments and risks in occupational safety, fire and environmental protection;Support in policy deployment and KPI tracking and monitoring; derivation of adequate measures in case of deviation to safeguard third-party audits;Continuous further development of the associated management systems;Develop skill development and training on EHS topics;Counseling and support of business units on EHS topics;Integrate AI-driven solutions in the department’s projects.Education: University degree in engineering, natural sciences (or equivalent) with additional training in sustainability-related areas being valued;Experience: 5 years of professional experience in occupational health and safety and environmental protection, sustainability, ideally in corporate / industrial environment.Skills and Know-how:Sound knowledge of EHS regulations and management, incl.
