About the Role

Overall functional responsible for country unit logistics planning (customer demand planning / procurement) 1) Lead Logistics Planning and Implementation department to ensure on-time delivery to customers: - Customer demand planning and order fulfillment - Procurement planning by utilizing both Bosch international production network and third-party suppliers 2) Logistic cost management and continuous cost optimization (inventory, freight cost) 3) Continuous improvement to strive for business excellence - Process improvement by SAP setting optimization, AMS2.0 & supply chain modeling - Efficiency improvement by digitalization & AI technology (ASN, EDI, MPM) - Transparent Information flow within the organization (S&OP meeting) 4) Team and people management (Culture transformation, competency management, talent development) 5) Report to local management, Sales unit in ASEAN and Business units in Germany)Business-level Japanese proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
