Area(s) of responsibility SLP, MEXICO onsite role .We are seeking a senior Oracle EBS Production Support Consultant with strong manufacturing and operations expertise, hands-on technical troubleshooting capability, and experience supporting facility start-ups. The role requires an experienced professional who can independently diagnose and resolve complex production incidents, collaborate effectively across Business and Digital teams, and communicate fluently in both Spanish and English - Provide senior-level functional and technical production support across Oracle EBS manufacturing and operations processes. - Independently investigate and resolve incidents involving failed or stuck transactions, interface errors, workflow failures, concurrent processing issues, and data inconsistencies. - Use SQL and PL/SQL to analyze application data, validate transaction flows, isolate failure points, and support evidence-based resolution. - Troubleshoot Oracle Workflow, Concurrent Manager and concurrent programs, interface tables, request logs, forms, and related EBS components. - Trace transactions across EBS and connected systems, including WMS, logistics, supplier/customer interfaces, MES, and other enterprise applications. <div class="
