About the Role

Clara is the leading platform in Latin America for companies to execute and manage every payment operation. More than 50,000 leading and fast-growing businesses run on our corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments, and in 2025 the Financial Times named Clara the region’s fastest-growing company. We’re passionate about helping every company we work with become more effective—and, through that, raising the region’s competitiveness. We’re ~400 people, backed by Notable Capital, Coatue, Kaszek, monashees, DST Global, ICONIQ, General Catalyst and Goldman Sachs, among others.Global Head of Product Marketing (AI-Native) What you'll do You'll own product marketing for Clara across Mexico, Brazil, and Colombia: positioning, messaging, launches, and the narrative that connects what Product builds to what drives pipeline and revenue. You'll build the function, set the standard, and use AI to make a small team produce like a large one. Your responsibilities Own positioning and messaging for all Clara products and translate product capability into a story that Sales, Growth, and customers actually believe. Lead go-to-market for new products and features: launch plans, sales enablement, customer communication, and the metrics that tell you it worked. Build and run a product marketing function across LatAm. Use AI as a core part of the workflow: drafting positioning docs, generating and testing messaging variants, building competitive intelligence pipelines, and automating recurring content and research work. Partner with Growth Marketing, Sales, and Product leadership to turn the roadmap into stories, battlecards, and campaigns that move the pipeline. Define and track the metrics that prove product marketing's impact: activation, win rates, sales cycle length, and message resonance, not just launch volume. Set the editorial and storytelling bar for the whole marketing & product org: product marketing's job is to make everyone else's work sharper. Must haves 7+ years in product marketing or growth marketing, with at least 2 years leading the function or a team. Strong storyteller: a portfolio of positioning docs, launch narratives, or campaigns that moved a real metric, not just shipped. Analytical: comfortable owning your own data, tying narrative decisions to funnel or revenue metrics, and making the case with numbers. Active, daily use of AI Building tools as part of your real workflow: research, drafting, messaging testing, and competitive intelligence. Experience building a function or team from a small base, with the judgment to prioritize ruthlessly. Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish or Portuguese; comfortable working across LATAM markets and cultures. Comfortable operating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Growth, and able to hold your own in a room with Product leadership. Nice to haves Fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS experience. Startup or scale-up experience, where you built things without a large team or established process. Experience with GTM in more than one LATAM market simultaneously.
