About the Role
We are excited to offer you the opportunity to join our Logistics department as a Graduate within the Planning & Procurement team. The Planning & Procurement team plays a key role in ensuring the right products are available at the right time, supporting customer service, inventory performance & business growth. You will be working closely with colleagues across logistics, manufacturing & a global supplier base.The Planning & Procurement team manages planning data & forecasts and all procurement activities within a very fast paced Logistics department.The graduate role will be designed to provide you with hands-on experience & a structured development, allowing you to build a strong foundation in supply chain planning & procurement, whilst making a meaningful contribution to our business. In this role you will be responsible for:Supporting the planning team activities to ensure finished goods availability & a high level of servicePreparing & maintaining planning & procurement & inventory data & departmental KPI’sAssisting with reporting, KPI tracking & data analysis to help support with decision makingSupporting SAP master data maintenance to ensure accuracy within the planning systemsSupport with identifying process improvements & automationCross functional project support – SAP4 activitiesScheduling raw materials to support production & sparesDeveloping system knowledge over time with exposure to the ERP system & associated planning toolsInterested?
