About the Role

Assist in delivery and receiving insurance related documents (PVI Insurance, Social/ Health/ Unemployment insurances).Assist in process tax documentsCheck and prepare HR-related documentsConsult associates for HR topic at the HRS counter and by email (such as welfare, dependent, social insurance, payslip...)Support to collect and input data for monthly salary period.Pfile and e-file: Be responsible for filling both hard and soft copies.Other ad hoc tasks from supervisorWorking location:Mainly at The Mett, Thu Duc City, HCMCMay travel to Long Thành Plant-Đồng Nai (shuttle bus provided) and Etown 5-Tân Bình when assignedQualificationsUnder-graduate students, can join full-time internship in 6 months. Working day: Monday-FridayCould provide recommendation letter from universityMajoring in Business English or Business Administration with a strong interest in Human ResourcesNo working experiences required, active participation in school/social activities is a plusFluent in English and Vietnamese.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Interpersonal skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill, Presentation skills.Eyes for details and good organization skills.High sense of disciplinary and confidentiality, able to work in multicultural teams.Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.Willing to travel for the job when assignedMust have: submit the recommendation letter from university with:+ Full name of intern, date of birth, student code and ID Number.+ Name of University+ Period of internship program+ Date of issue letter must be before internship term.+ Signature (Official university’s representative with circle stampBecause we do not just follow trends, we create them.
