About the Role

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hydraulic Component (Axial piston pump & motor, Mobile control valve & Mobile hydraulic systemAttend OEM & End Customer complaint for Field & Zero Km & close the complaint in coordination with Quality teamFostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departmentsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teamsProto-validation sign -off for various mobile applications like Compactors, Backhoe Loader, Excavator, concrete pump and other construction & mining equipment.And attainment of KPIs Service TAT for closure of customer complaint.Handling warranty claim management including submission of 8D, Quad chart -reports & closure of complaintsB.E. / Diploma (Mechanical) with 3-6 years of relevant experienceShould have below skill-set:- Customer orientation, Products Knowledge, Communication Skills- Presentation SkillsKnowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like :In-depth Products Knowledge (Fault finding, trouble shooting, assembly, dis-assembly, Testing),Technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, adaptability & Communication skillsPreferred Industry - Hydraulics
