About the Role

Key Tasks & Functional Responsibilities:Work as project leads to establishing a production plant at identified locationSingle point of contact for the assigned project from concept stages through production and project closure.Responsible for achieving project goals (Time, Cost, Budget & Quality)Manage cross-functional core team, comprising of Facilities management, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Technical Functions, Product Management, Purchasing and Logistics.Coordinates with internal & external stakeholders (Govt officials) for approvals for plant establishmentWork closely with ChkP, other Bosch IN plants, IPN and international teams.Develop achievable project plans/timelines in accordance with the VM & BBM process and Product Roadmap.Responsible for the project infrastructure, MAE & SOPIdentify and assess risks, create plans for risk mitigation as they pertain to cost, quality and schedule.Able to function independently on a variety of problems of moderate scope. Exercises judgment within established procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Communications - Develop and manage projects status, project reviews and other communication tools as needed.
