About the Role

Area(s) of responsibility Scrum Master / Project Manager - Experience of working in CMMI Level-5 company as Scrum Master or Project Manager - Good working knowledge of working in Waterfall model. - Develop and manage customer initiated IT requests from beginning to end, including project scope, timeline, hardware procurement, resource allocation, and project execution coordinating remote work closely with teams. - Provide end to end project management and direction to ensure the requesting customer has a clear understanding of timelines, risks, escalation path and roles/responsibilities they will undertake within the team. - Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices - Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction - Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization - Experience with successful Agile techniques - Good Data analytical skills - Good understanding of engineering metrics like Review Efficiency Defect Density, Defect Leakage, Velocity, Sprint Completion Ratio and other project level metrics etc. - Provide frequent follow up and governance for all requests in queue and facilitate formal reviews with support partners and monitor deliverables until agreed upon handover is achieved - Ability to work with and lead a team - Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills <div class="
