💼 Role OverviewWe are looking for an Intern, Quality Management Mobility Aftermarket East Asia to join our team in the Quality Management division. In this role, you will support the development of AI-driven solutions for warranty process enhancement while contributing to operational excellence through data analytics and reporting. You'll be part of a dynamic, collaborative team that thrives on innovation and delivering real business outcomes.🎯 What you will do (Key Responsibilities)Drive the development and validation of AI image classification models to support our warranty process digitalization and enhance customer experienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams including internal quality management specialists and external development partners on AI model development, testing, and deployment activitiesAnalyze, report, and optimize data management workflows, dashboard performance, and business intelligence metrics to support data-driven decision-makingEnsure compliance with quality management standards and best practices throughout all project phases and analytical processesContribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives by supporting automation efforts, documentation, and process optimization across the teamAssist with data collection, organization, and evaluation of model performance to validate AI solution effectiveness and accuracyMaintain comprehensive documentation of project developments, test results, and process improvements throughout the project lifecycle👤 Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)Must-Haves:Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fieldAbility to commit to full-time work for a minimum of 6 monthsProficiency in Python, SQL (Oracle, MSSQL), Power BI, and ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailExcellent English communication abilitiesLegal eligibility to work in Singapore (per www.mom.gov.sg requirements)Preferred/Nice-to-Haves:Experience or interest in Quality ManagementFamiliarity with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Azure, or Computer VisionKnowledge of KNIME or RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere)Experience in cross-functional or international team collaborationEagerness to learn emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.💎 Why Intern With Us?We don’t just offer jobs—we build careers.
