About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities : Provide IT infrastructure & Application operations for Manufacturing (i4.0) IT applicationsPerform Container based Application Deployments, Configurations and Hotfix installationsTroubleshoot Manufacturing IT Application and infrastructure related incidentsClose collaboration with Application development team, infrastructure team and Network team to provide day-to-day operations support for the applicationOnboarding Manufacturing IT application and implementing manufacturing plant specific configurationsPerform Application and infrastructure MigrationsQuality delivery of services committed to the customer as per the defined Service Levels and KPI’sMonitor system performance and ensure Application availability Collaboration with onsite /offshore team and customer coordinators, Stakeholders Management, Technical documentation, and Training deliveryEnsure Customer Satisfaction, Escalation Management in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of servicesProvide extended support for planned Maintenance and On-Call readiness support Should be able to work in shifts and travel to customer location for business needEducational qualification:B.E/B. Tech /M. Tech /MCAExperience :3-5 YearsMandatory/requires Skills : Kubernetes core conceptsContainerization and Docker essentialsGood knowledge of Kubernetes, Istio Service meshLinux - CLI and Basic knowledge of various components work (kernel, CPU, memory, disk, network)Scripting (Bash and YAML)Experience in Containerization & Orchestration (Docker/ Kubernetes/ Rancher)Support for Kubernetes based projects to resolve critical and complex technical issuesPerforming application deployments & configuration on Kubernetes clusterInfrastructure automation and DevOps tools (Ansible/ Terraform/ Jenkins/ Argo CD)ITIL Service Management Framework (Incident, Change, Problem Management)Preferred Skills : Application and infrastructure Monitoring tools (ICINGA / Grafana / ELK ) Working experience in Rancher Network infrastructure – (VPN, IPsec, Firewall, Load balancing setup and Security implementation) Database Administration (Oracle / MySQL / Mongo) IoT / IT for Manufacturing - i4.0 concepts Working knowledge of various tools and open-source technologies ITIL v3 / v4 Foundation certification preferred
