About the Role

Key Responsibilities: Lead and support a team of Java/React developers.Develop, review, and maintain high-quality code based on business and technical requirements.Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards, quality, and security best practices.Drive Sprint/ PI planning, estimation, solution reviews and technical discussions.Ensure code is aligned with defined architecture and technology standardsSupport CI/CD implementation, test automation, security and performance initiatives.Troubleshoot production issues and ensure application stability.Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing. Must-have skills Java: Java 8/11/17, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, JavaFrontend: ReactJS, JavaScript, React Core Concepts.Testing: JUnit, Mockito, Karate, Cucumber, Jest, React Testing Library.Database: MongoDB/Oracle with strong PL/SQL skills.Tools: GitHub, Git Commands, IntelliJ IDEA, SonarQube, Checkmarx.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and Multi-threaded Programming.Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.Strong knowledge of REST API development and microservices architecture.Proven experience in leading globally distributed teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Preferred: Microservices architecture, cloud platforms, and DevOps exposure.Computer Science foundation in a software engineering role & good knowledge of OOAD, scalability issues and multi-tiered solutions.Total Experience Expected: 06-08 years Early Joiners are preferredAt our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
