About the Role

Continuous Improvement & Performance Management Leads and drives logistic projects and process optimization activities across all logistic functionsReviews, challenges, and prioritizes logistics improvement projects together with Value Stream, Logistics, and Factory Management.Drives transparency of logistics performance through KPI management, operational reviews, and performance dashboards.Promotes data-driven decision-making using logistics analytics and performance monitoring tools.Logistics Innovation & Digital TransformationLeads digitalization initiatives within logistics, including automation, smart warehousing, data analytics, and Industry 4.0 solutions.Evaluates and pilots emerging technologies to support future logistics and supply chain requirements.Supports implementation of automation projects, AGV concepts, material flow simulations, and logistics IT solutions.Leadership, Coaching & Change ManagementChallenges existing processes and organizational practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.Leads cross-functional teams and facilitates alignment across logistics, production, quality, purchasing, and planning functions.Acts as a change agent supporting organizational transformation and sustainable implementation of new logistics concepts.Builds organizational capabilities by planning and driving logistics training programs and qualification initiatives.
