Logistics Performance and Operations Coordinator

About the Role

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate logistics forecasting activities and monitor forecast accuracy to support operational planning.Prepare performance reports and business reviews for management and key stakeholders.Track operational issues, improvement actions, and corrective measures to ensure timely resolution.Coordinate root-cause analysis activities and support implementation of sustainable corrective actions.Monitor logistics performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement.Perform supply chain analytics and develop insights related to productivity, capacity, service performance, inventory flows, and operational efficiency.Design, maintain, and continuously improve logistics dashboards and reporting solutions.Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into meaningful performance visualizations.Identify opportunities to automate reporting and operational processes through digital solutions and workflow automation.Conduct ad hoc analyses and provide recommendations to support operational and strategic decision making.Support warehouse process optimization through material-flow analysis and layout improvement initiatives.Coordinate continuous-improvement projects and monitor implementation progress across multiple stakeholders.Support logistics and supply chain projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.Maintain operational planning calendars and ensure alignment of recurring logistics activities.Support site visits, audits, and operational reviews by preparing data, insights, and process overviews.Facilitate communication between logistics operations, service providers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective issue resolution and service performance.EducationBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. ExperienceMinimum 5 years of professional experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, transportation, business analytics, operations management, or a related area. More experience is preferred.Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and operational improvement initiatives.Experience working with third-party logistics providers and external service partners is an advantage. Technical SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Advanced experience with business intelligence and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.Experience with data analytics, performance reporting, and operational dashboards.Understanding of process automation, workflow automation, or robotic process automation concepts.Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.Knowledge of logistics operations, warehousing processes, inventory management, transportation, and supply chain planning concepts.
