Customer Order ManagementEstablish positive customer relationships and ensure on time delivery of finished productsConfirm and monitor customer orders in SAPMaintain a rolling 21 month volume forecast in SAPFinished goods inventory monitoring and analysisAnalyze customer demand behavior/customer waterfallsProduction SchedulingCreate and maintain master production schedule and align with productionCapacity managementSupport engineering changes, manage ramp-up and ramp-down of products to minimize excess & obsolete stockProcurement PlanningPlanning of raw materials to ensure availability of components for productionResponsible for order placement and verification of delivery with suppliersRaw material inventory monitoring and analysisMonitoring of supply base delivery performance (ie: on time delivery)Forecast planning towards suppliersAnalyze changes in supplier releases/vendor waterfallGeneralEnsure logistics targets are met (ie: inventory, delivery performance, premium freight)Independent bottleneck planningMaintain SAP parameters for raw material and finished goodsLead and support Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) activities Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
