As a group leader responsible for development of New process, Proto samples and Product Data Management.Competent technical knowledge on Process improvements / developments methodologies Proficient in various manufacturing technologies (plant specific like Force assisted joining and screwing, Welding, Molding, Vision System, Winding, Dispensing etc) Competent knowledge in Engineering drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc Competent knowledge of standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)Knowledge in new proto sample developmentB.E Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Mechatronics* Proficient networking skills (internal/external) ,analytical & problem solving skills * Proficient in leveraging resources for objectives, Empowering and coaching team for development * Competent in adapting to changing environment and passion towards learning future core and emerging technologies * Competent in delegation, negotiation, conflict management, communication & collaboration skills. * Competent knowledge of Process Audits (IATF, PS/QMM, etc)
