Manager - Warehouse

About the Role

Responsibilities:Lead warehouse operations of a mid size WH covering all departments including Inbound, Outbound, dispatch, inventory and liquidation.Monitor the KPIs of warehouses in the region and proactively take corrective actions to ensure the AOP targets are met.Lead the middle mile and reverse logistics between WH and PODs (Dark stores). Bring cost reduction and damage/pilferage reduction in the internal movements.Collaborate with quality, compliance, HR teams to ensure the WHs are compliant as per the statutory requirements.Monitor warehouse and logistics costs and ensure that AOP targets are met.
