About the Role
Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and dynamic business leader to represent Bosch in Vietnam. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales, marketing or business development environment preferably with P&L responsibility. Strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills are required. You will play a crucial role fostering the business development in Vietnam and build up lasting local and regional relationships with third parties.Responsibilities You represent the overall interests of the Bosch Group in Vietnam and act as legal representative for the entity Robert Bosch Vietnam.You cultivate and develop local and regional relationships with third parties. As responsible for the social partner management you handle government relations and university relations among others. You foster business synergies, cross-selling & (new) business development in Vietnam and the ASEAN region.“Lead Work Win Like a Bosch” - Developing future talents and creating an inspiring working environment is a key motivation for you. You continuously develop the Vietnam country strategy together with the GBs as well as the enabling functions (C/RO/GS) and present them to respective stakeholders. Taking up positions on supervisory and administrative board and being in customer contact on behalf of a division are part of your daily business. Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, marketing/sales or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferable with P&L responsibility experience.Strong interpersonal & intercultural skills to build up lasting relationships, experience of having worked in different cultural setting from advantage.Effective target-oriented and level-specific communication.Strategic mindset and profound understanding of strategy & scenarios on divisional level.Initiator mentality and persuasiveness, ability to motivate Self-motivated and results-driven working style.Independent and collaborative within a team.
