About the Role

参加公司的新员工培训，一般安全和仓库物料管理的相关操作流程培训，以及贸易安全培训。按照工作指导书或其他文件要求对物料进行分类，将物料放在架子上或箱子里。封条的检查和日常封条的管理，确保仓库的封条符合ISO17712标准运输工具/货物的害虫检查以及木质包装的检查,确保符合贸易安全标准盘点(包括年度盘点和周期盘点)根据文件核对实物，发货遵循先进先出的原则根据要求转运物料和产品拆包、打包板条箱和其他集装箱, 在物料上贴上标识信息保证出货正确，及时，准确，满足客户的需求和贸易安全的需求货物装载的监管，确保物品正确无误遵守5S规定，保持良好整洁的操作现场遵守政府法律法规和公司的规章制度，满足各种认证和系统的要求保持每日记录的正确性和完整性，并及时给到系统文员对异常，损坏，可疑，应急的突发事项及时报告给直接上级管理人员其他临时安排事宜高中/技校或同等学历有英语基础，至少1~2年物料管理经验对日常工作按既定程序进行，需针对新任务接受指导确保每日货物输入输出正确，库存数据准确持有叉车驾驶证WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
