About the Role

主要职责设备操作与维护获得岗位认证（通常为单一工序站点），在规定培训期内完成按照 MPI（工艺指导）规范操作生产设备，处理常见告警保持设备及工作环境的清洁整齐质量管理与控制测量各类质量参数，监控 SPC（统计过程控制）和薄膜检测数据（HRMT、P图等）执行生产过程中的质量控制和异常处理及时发现并报告任何质量偏差和异常情况物料与工艺管理及时准备生产所需的原材料、消耗品、化学品及专用工具监控在制品（WIP），根据需要调整生产计划和优先级持续学习与改进持续学习和实践，通过初级、中级、高级技能认证发现并报告生产、质量、设备、设施及安全卫生方面的异常合规与安全遵守公司规章制度、工作纪律和安全要求完成日常产出目标任职要求学历高中或中专及以上学历技能与知识语言能力： 基础英文水平，掌握约 300 个英文单词，能操作全英文界面的生产工具专业知识：洁净室操作规范，具备基础污染控制知识环境、安全、质量意识和基础知识部分岗位需要化学品处理技能理解 ECS、SPC、传送系统等，能高效操作计算机技能： 能够高效输入和查询各类生产质量数据和记录核心能力思维与沟通： 逻辑思维清晰，能准确描述问题和情况问题解决： 具备观察和报告生产、质量、设备异常的能力和意愿个人素质：具有主人翁意识和责任感成熟、勤奋、聪慧团队合作精神强，遵纪守法积极主动的工作态度WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
