ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for someone to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team to play a key role in building the operational backbone behind our partner ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence. You'll own the systems, automations, data, and dashboards that help our Partnerships team source, co-sell, and scale revenue through resellers, referral partners, technology partners, and strategic alliances. Each Revenue Strategy & Operations team member is a dedicated partner to a specific go-to-market function. In this role, you'll be the strategic and operational counterpart to Partnerships leadership. You'll also work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance, Data, and Product to make partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue visible, measurable, and repeatable. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR - Partner Lifecycle & Process Management: Design, build, and maintain end-to-end processes for the partner journey, including onboarding, deal registration, lead and referral routing, co-sell workflows, and payout or commission handling. Make these processes consistent, automated, and easy to adopt. - Strategic Partnership to Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to Partnerships leadership, providing performance reporting, capacity and territory planning input, partner segmentation, and recommendations on program structure and incentives. - Partner Attribution & Pipeline Visibility: Define and maintain how we track partner-sourced, partner-influenced, and co-sell pipeline and revenue across Salesforce and our data stack. Make sure partner contribution is accurately attributed and trusted by Sales, Finance, and leadership. - Reporting & Analytics: Own dashboards, reports, and KPIs for partner performance, such as pipeline generation, win rates, sales cycle, partner ROI, and tier or segment health. Turn the data into insights that guide where we invest. - Partner Program & Incentive Operations: Support the design, modeling, and rollout of partner programs, including tiering, rebates, referral fees, and MDF. Work with Finance and Legal to ensure accuracy and compliance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Finance, and Product on how partner deals are handled, from account mapping and conflict resolution to handoffs and renewals. - Experimentation: Test new partner motions, lead sources, routing logic, and program levers. Measure what works and scale it. WHO YOU ARE We're looking for exceptional individuals who combine technical excellence with ethical awareness, who are excited by hard problems and motivated by human impact. You'll thrive with us if you: - Are passionate about audio AI, driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and to push the frontiers of new technology. - Are highly motivated, with a strong work ethic. We're at a critical moment in audio AI's evolution and committed to going the extra mile to lead. - Are analytical and efficient, and approach complex challenges with a first-principles mindset. - Consistently strive for excellence, delivering high-quality work quickly and exceeding expectations. - Take initiative and work autonomously from day one, prioritizing learning and contribution while leaving ego aside. - Are energized by working with external partners and by the ambiguity of building a program that's still scaling. WHAT YOU BRING - 4+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations at a high-growth technology company - Hands-on experience supporting partner, channel, alliance, or co-sell motions (e.g., deal registration, partner attribution, referral or reseller programs) - A proven track record of building end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis through execution - Strong Salesforce experience, including objects, reporting, and process design for partner-related workflows - Strong analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools (e.g., Sigma) - The ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable steps - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners - A highly adaptable, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement - Coachability and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
