About the Role
As a Point Leader on the Robert Bosch team, you support the Supervisor to ensure warehouse functions are completed effectively and accurately, while complying with all internal and external policies and procedures. The position will be accountable for a team of associates in a high volume environment with a continuous improvement culture. This position will be the 1st management level on the shop floor.Key Tasks Include:Ensure standard procedures are followed in all warehouse activitiesWork with Supervisor to ensure associates have the resources in place to deliver against required service levels efficiently and effectivelyParticipate in performance improvement activitiesCommunicating effectively with internal and external customersOther Workplace Considerations:Must be able to work Second shift or alternative work schedules and overtime as neededLifting products/materials up to 40 pounds in weightStanding, walking, bending and twisting, as required to complete job tasksBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution1+ Years of experience in Warehouse environment1+ Years of experience in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook Preferred Qualifications:SAP Logistics execution experienceForklift or pallet jack experienceExperience in Automotive IndustryExperience in leading small teamsEnglish / Spanish bilingualIndefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only.
