The role Are you passionate about helping businesses unlock the power of cloud technologies? Do you enjoy working closely with partners and customers to design impactful solutions? Are you looking to grow your career in a fast-moving, collaborative environment? You will join our cloud solutions team, working across AWS and Alibaba Cloud to support partner ecosystems and drive cloud adoption. This role plays a key part in enabling sales success, strengthening partner capabilities, and delivering technical excellence across the business Key responsibilities: - Act as a trusted technical advisor, supporting solution positioning, architecture design, and deal qualification - Engage with customers and partners to understand business needs and translate them into cloud-based solutions - Support RFP/RFI responses, solution proposals, and technical documentation - Enable ISV and SI partners through workshops, demos, and proof-of-concepts - Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams on joint go-to-market initiatives - Contribute to partner onboarding, solution validation, and overall cloud adoption strategies What we need to see from you - Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS (experience with Alibaba Cloud is a plus) - Ability to design and communicate cloud architectures across compute, storage, networking, and security - Experience in customer-facing or partner-facing technical roles - Strong communication and presentation skills for both technical and business stakeholders - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment - Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS) are advantageous Job Function Sales Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
