The role - Are you a passionate Pre‑Sales Consultant ready to help customers transform with Google Cloud, Workspace, and Gemini Enterprise? - Are you excited to join a collaborative team in Paris and shape AI‑powered modern workplace solutions for leading organizations? - Interested in becoming part of a global technology provider driving cloud innovation and AI adoption across France and beyond Practical Information Location: Paris, France | Reports to: Services Director | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for France | Language Requirements: Fluent in French and English | Learn more: softwareone.com As our Gemini Enterprise Pre‑Sales Consultant, you will help customers adopt Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AI‑powered Modern Workplace solutions with Gemini Enterprise. You will act as a trusted advisor, connecting business needs with technical solutions and demonstrating how Google AI, Workspace, and GCP enhance productivity, automation, and collaboration. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solution Architects, Delivery teams, and customer stakeholders to design impactful, future‑ready solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead discovery workshops and assessments to capture business and technical requirements - Evaluate organizational readiness for Gemini and modern workplace transformation programs - Identify customer pain points and translate them into high value use cases across AI, collaboration, automation, and cloud - Design end‑to‑end solution architectures across Gemini Enterprise, Google Workspace, and GCP services - Prepare solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, demos, and proofs of concept - Develop proposals, SOWs, manage RFI/RFP responses, and support deal closure by addressing technical objections What we need to see from you - Solid understanding of Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery , GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Vertex AI - Experience with Google Workspace and Gemini for Workspace adoption scenarios - Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions and value‑driven use cases - Skilled in creating solution architectures, technical documentation, and PoCs - Excellent communication and workshop‑facilitation abilities with technical and non‑technical audiences. - Ability to collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Marketing to strengthen the GTM for Gemini and GCP solutions Job Function Sales Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
