About the Role

Execute & deploy ME Project Management StrategyApply ME Standards (process, method, tools) and shape BU specific PMImplement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME StrategyEnsure & track maintenance and quality of project data, required e.g. for portfolio management, success critical PM KPI’s (e.g. PM Maturity, Budget adhearance)Ensure proper organization of Steering/Review Committees1 of all Projects in BU / Plant and support with relevant PM dataCoach and support Non-PEP/PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in BU / PlantActively collect feedback from Projects to contribute to further improvement of BBM PM framework and PM excellence at BBMConsult Project Managers development of PM employees, get support by ME/PMO if requiredModeration of Project workshops, e.g. Kick-Off, Lessons LearnedRepresent BU / Plant perspective w.r.t. in ME Project Management networkReceive PMO targets by ME/PMO enriched with BU/Plant business needs.Work experience in project management, strong organization and project coordination skills;Experienced and willing to work in an international environmentStrategic view and interest in newest technologies and trendsReliable, accurate, team oriented, able to work under time pressure and with strict deadlinesDecision making and good team work abilitiesStrong problem-solving skillsStructured and analytical approachEfficient work style and good communication skillsSelf-organized and able to estimate, prioritize and schedule own tasksTarget, process and quality orientationExcellent presentation and communication skillsAbility to negotiate and cooperate with highest level representativesAbility to present achievements and challenges to managementHigh commitment to the company, factory and department goalsAdvanced English levelExperience: At least 3-5 years project experience as project manger of C/D-category projects or team/group leader in SubDomain area
