About the Role

Remuneration:As per industry/interviewApplySchedule:Walk in 10:00 Am - 03:00 PmRequired Qualification:BTech, MCA, MTech,Required Experience:Min 1 to 1.5 yearJob Description Roles & Responsibilities · Develop user-friendly web applications using React.js · Build reusable components and front-end libraries · Integrate REST APIs and manage API responses · Optimize applications for performance, speed, and scalability · Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers · Maintain code quality using best practices · Debug, test, and improve application performance · Participate in code reviews and team discussions Technical Skills Frontend Requirements · Strong knowledge of React.js · Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) · Experience with HTML5, CSS3 · Hands-on with React Hooks (use State, use Effect, etc.) · Understanding of component lifecycle · Experience with state management (Context API / Redux) · Familiar with RESTful APIs · Basic understanding of responsive design Good to Have Skills · Experience with Redux / Redux Toolkit · Knowledge of TypeScript · Familiarity with Next.js · Experience with Material UI / Bootstrap / Tailwind · Understanding of JWT authentication · Unit testing with Jest / React Testing Library · Version control using Git · Agile / Scrum experience Soft Skills · Strong problem-solving skills · Good communication & teamwork · Ability to learn quickly · Attention to detail · Ownership mindset Selection Process Written Test (15–20 questions, 15–20 minutes) Machine Test (1 hour, CRUD operations) Face-to-Face Technical & HR Round Career Progression & Benefits Trainee -- OJT -- Fulltime Employee Company-sponsored online learning resources 2nd & 4th Saturday off + Sunday weekly off Health insurance Compensation Structure · 1st Month: Skill evaluation training (unpaid, laptop required) · Trainee (6 months): 10,000/month · OJT (next 6 months): 15,000/month · After 1 year: 20,000/month (Full-Time) Bond Terms Duration: 2 years Security: Two original certificates Send your CV to: careers@sagarinfotech.comApply
