Reliability Engineer_ME

About the Role

RE is responsible for validation plan, reliability prediction&evaluation as well as the final conclusion. • Requirement engineering with focus on reliability characteristics and evaluation of customer specifications • Formation of field load spectrum and mission profile • Application assessments with regard to field load and mounting conditions • Prepare the design validation plan and production validation plan with detailed test conditions and evaluation criteria • Reliability evaluation based on load and load capacity of design elements, and perform lifetime estimation • Perform failure anlaysis in a systematic way to derive the root cause and measures • Prepare the internal and external validation report based on function and physical analysis result • Build up knowledge regarding product specific failure mechanisms and failure modes • Prepare the QZ specification for project if it is necessary • Prepare the reliability prediction / risk assessment for project • Support to prepare the TCD (technical customer document) • Support project team for evaluate and improve product reliability performance • Support validation engineer for test methods, test setup and trouble shooting • Communicate with Bosch worldwide development network • Create 3D model and drawing create with creo, tolerance calculation, build prototype. • Other duties as assigned.Education and working experience： -Bachelor in electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar -Working Experience:2 years' in electrical unit, or PCB manufacturing, or mechanical engineering related -Knowledge/Skills:Master most important failure mechanism of electrical control unit, experience with Weibull tools Soft skills -Intercultural competence -Fluent English communication skill is required -Resilient and self-motivated -Initiative
