About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Senior Developer responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, ensure best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions10 years of overall IT experience7+ years of hands-on Salesforce developmentExperience in at least one full lifecycle Salesforce implementation Key Responsibility :Develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform using Apex, LWC, and integrationsLead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidanceDevelop custom applications using:Apex Classes, TriggersLightning Web Components (LWC)Einstein & Agent forceIntegrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)Optimize performance and ensure code quality through best practicesMentor junior developers and conduct code reviewsWork closely with business stakeholders, architects, and adminsImplement CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git-based)Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance standards Total Experience Expected: 08-10 yearsEngineering or Master in Science (MCA) or Equivalent) Certification Required:Salesforce Platform Developer I & IISalesforce App BuilderCopado Certificate (Good to Have)At our organization, we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination.
