About the Role

► Global O2C Process Ownership: Developing innovative concepts and processes within the Order-to-Cash (O2C) domain specifically for the global distribution of Power Tools. ► Project Execution & Rollouts: Supporting and independently leading global optimization and system rollout projects in close collaboration with manufacturing plants, logistics hubs, local sales organizations, and internal IT partners. ► Technical Implementation (SAP): Facilitating requirement workshops, drafting specifications, executing SAP ERP implementations, managing testing cycles, and delivering key user support. ► Cross-Functional Coordination: Defining and aligning interfaces between production, sales, logistics/warehousing, and finance. ► Change Management: Driving intensive, proactive communication and change management strategies across global teams.► Education: University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management. ► Minimum of 5–8 years in management consulting or within the consumer goods industry. ► Strong practical understanding of modern supply chain concepts and end-to-end logistics. ► Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP SD (Sales and Distribution), SAP TM, and integration with modules like LE, MM, or FI. ► Process Excellence: Proven capability to analyze, design, transform, and document complex, large-scale end-to-end processes.Soft Skills & Leadership: ► High initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and strong analytical capabilities. ► Exceptional negotiation and moderation skills with the ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and handle escalations. ► Empathic relationship-builder focused on establishing mutual trust across diverse teams. ► Languages: Business fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.#LikeABosch Benefits:Your work-life balance is valuable to us, so we offer you:22 - 27 days of annual leave, because work-life balance is essential to usFlexible working hoursOur Hybrid program is designed to combine working from office and from home, offering flexibility and a balanced approachUp to 3 days off for private purposesYour health and well-being is important to us, so we have you covered:Medical subscription for annual health check upsPaid private health insuranceMental health and well-being initiativesWe believe in a Life-Long Learning approach, supporting your growth through:Technical and soft skills training, according to the needs of your role and career pathA mentorship program and personalized development plansLocal and global career development programsOpportunities to attend conferences, that align with your professional goalsYou will be part of a product company.
