About the Role

Your contribution to something big:Shape the quality foundation of Bosch Home Comfort's global SAP S/4HANA transformation.As our SAP S/4HANA Test Automation Manager, you will play a key role in defining how automated testing supports reliable and scalable rollouts across business processes, entities and integrated applications.You will drive the test automation strategy, governance, tooling landscape and implementation roadmap, working closely with business process teams, SAP consultants, architects, migration teams and AI initiatives. Your goal will be to increase automation coverage and test quality while improving release readiness and continuously making testing more efficient.In this role, you will:Define and continuously develop the test automation strategy for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.Establish standards, frameworks, governance and best practices for automated testing, including reusable test assets, libraries and testing accelerators.Govern and further develop the test automation tool landscape, driving harmonized approaches across SAP and integrated applications.Define and monitor relevant test automation KPIs, including automation coverage, execution efficiency, defect reduction, release readiness and return on investment.Drive the integration of SAP Solution Manager with supporting testing platforms.Promote the adoption of AI-enabled testing approaches within the S/4HANA transformation.Collaborate with AI initiatives to identify relevant use cases across test creation, maintenance, execution, defect analysis and regression testing.Work closely with Data Management, Migration and SAP Process Expert teams to ensure test data readiness, automated provisioning and effective lifecycle management.Encourage reusable, scalable and sustainable automation approaches across the transformation program.What distinguishes you: Education Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Process Management or a related field.ExperienceRelevant experience in SAP test automation, test management or quality assurance within complex transformation environments.Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and end-to-end business processes.Experience with SAP Solution Manager Test Suite, test automation, quality metrics or test data management.Experience contributing to international or large-scale SAP transformation projects.Experience coordinating different technical and business stakeholders in complex project environments.Know-howStrong understanding of SAP test automation strategies, frameworks and governance.Knowledge of the SAP Solution Manager Test Suite and its role within the testing landscape.Understanding of test automation KPIs, automation coverage, defect metrics and release readiness.Knowledge of test data management and automated test data provisioning.Familiarity with AI-enabled testing approaches and their potential application across test creation, maintenance, execution, regression testing and defect analysis.Experience with technologies or initiatives such as SAP Cloud ALM, Nova or Conduct.AI is an advantage.Ability to translate complex testing challenges into scalable standards, processes and automation solutions.LanguagesFluent English, written and spoken.German language skills are an advantage.Working Style and MethodsYou combine strategic thinking with a hands-on understanding of test automation.You approach complex transformation topics in a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way.You are comfortable defining standards and governance while collaborating with different business and technical teams.You use data and KPIs to evaluate test effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.You are confident facilitating discussions and aligning stakeholders across an international transformation environment.PersonalityYou are curious about new technologies and motivated to explore how automation and AI can improve software quality and testing.You communicate complex topics clearly and adapt your communication to different stakeholders.You take ownership and proactively drive topics from strategy through implementation.You enjoy connecting people, processes and technology to create scalable solutions.You are collaborative and comfortable working across different functions, countries and areas of expertise.Additional InformationWillingness to travel internationally.Work #LikeABosch includes: ⚖️ Flexible work conditions🔀 Hybrid work system🌐 Exchange with colleagues around the world🧑‍⚕️ Health insurance and medical office on site (general surgeon, psychology, physiotherapy, general clinic)📚 Training opportunities (p.e., technical training, foreign languages training) & certifications📈 Opportunities for career progression and continuous professional development💲 Access to great discounts in partnerships and Bosch products🏋️ Sports and health related activities💰 Flexible benefits platform🅿️ Free parking lot🍽️ Canteen Success stories don´t just happen.
