About the Role

Responsibilities 职责 •New Product Industrialization Leadership: Lead the industrialization of new products from design phase to serial production readiness. Coordinate process planning, equipment specification, plant layout, and capacity planning in alignment with project milestones. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, quality, and logistics to ensure on-time project delivery. 新产品工业化主导：主导新产品从设计阶段到量产准备全过程的工业化。协调工艺规划、设备规格、厂房布局和产能规划，与项目里程碑对齐。推动与研发、质量和物流的跨部门协作，确保项目按时交付。•Process Development & Release: Responsible for process design, validation, and formal release for new production lines. Develop and maintain CP, FMEA, work instructions, and process documentation. Lead process capability validation, customer sample submission (PPAP), and process audit activities to achieve serial release per Bosch standards. 工艺开发与放行：负责新产线的工艺设计、验证和正式放行。开发和维护CP、FMEA、作业指导书及过程文档。主导过程能力验证、客户样件提交（PPAP）和过程审核活动，按博世标准达成量产放行。•Team Management & Ramp-up Support: Lead and develop the SE team, including task allocation, competency building, and performance management. Support production ramp-up by resolving technical issues, monitoring KPIs, and driving continuous improvement during the transition from industrialization to serial production. 团队管理与爬坡支持：领导和培养SE团队，包括任务分配、能力建设和绩效管理。通过解决技术问题、监控KPI、推动持续改进，支持量产爬坡，保障从工业化到量产的平稳过渡。•Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving company’s objectives. 上级交办的为实现公司目标的其他工作。Qualifications & Requirements 任职资格及要求 •Education学历 Bachelor's degree or above. 本科及以上学历。•Skills技能 -Knowledge of industrialization processes and project management; experience in process release and process capability validation preferred; 熟悉工业化流程和项目管理，具备工艺放行和过程能力验证经验者优先；•Experience工作经验 -Five years+ working experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization; team leadership experience preferred; 五年以上制造工程或工业化工作经验，有团队管理经验者优先； -Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred; 具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先； -Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in automotive industry will be a plus; 具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑； -Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions. 具备良好基本素质及发展潜力者，应聘条件可适当放宽。•Other其它 -Positive attitude, proactive and initiative; 积极的态度，前瞻性和进取心； -Well organized, logic thinking, attention to details; 思维清晰，有逻辑，细心； -High reliability and confidentiality consciousness; 高度的责任心和保密意识； -Strong professional ethics; 良好的职业道德 -Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality; 高度的责任心和保密意识； -Strong capability of patience and precision; 耐心细致，注重细节； -Self-motivated and able to work under pressure. 能够自我激励并承受工作压力。 -Hold positive attitude whenever facing different opinions or other problems and take nessesary actions to facilitate solutions 出现意见不合或其他问题时能够以积极的态度应对，并采取行动积极配合以促进问题的解决。
