About the Role

Own the design, annual planning and execution of major country compensation processes, including compensation bands, merit planning, Annual Salary Review, market review, equity analysis and management reporting.Lead annual compensation and benefits surveys, determine data-quality standards, review job matches and interpret results for country decision making.Provide expert advice on job architecture, position-class differentiation and benchmark selection for new, changed or cross-functional positions.Develop evidence-based proposals on salary structures, allowances, incentives and benefits, including legal, market, affordability and employee-relations implications.Lead selected benefit and wellness reviews, define service requirements, controls and improvement plans.Prepare decision papers and recommendations for HR leadership and management, clearly separating facts, assumptions, risks and proposed actions.Partner with employee relations and HR on compensation analysis used in collective bargaining, consultation and workforce communications.Design and deliver manager and HR enablement for Rewards processes; ensure consistent application across legal entities or business units in scope.Monitor policy compliance, data quality, equal-pay indicators and control requirements; define remediation actions and track completion.Lead country participation in regional or global Rewards projects and translate resulting standards into sustainable local processes.Strong C&B subject-matter expertise with the ability to advise independently on complex rewards matters.Strong analytical capability and the ability to convert complex data into clear recommendations.Strong stakeholder management, influencing and consulting skills.Ability to balance internal equity, external competitiveness, global principles and local business needs.Ability to manage complex processes with limited oversight and represent the function with senior stakeholders.High standards of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.근무 조건근무 형태 : 정규직 근로자 (0명)근무 장소 : 경기도 용인시 기흥구 신수로 567근무 요일 : 주 5일 (월~금)근무 시간 : 8:00 ~ 17:00전형 절차서류 전형 – 면접&검진 – 최종 합격복리 후생연 300만원 수준의 복지 카드하계 휴가(5일)사내 식당 운영경조사 휴가 및 경조금 지급단체상해보험, 자녀 학자금 지원 등제출 서류이력서 (이력서 링크에서 양식 다운로드하여 제출)입사 지원 안내문추가 안내Bosch는 다양성과 포용성을 기업 문화의 중요한 가치로 여기고 있습니다.성별, 연령, 장애 여부, 종교, 출신 배경 또는 성적 정체성과 관계없이 모든 지원자를 환영하며, 다양한 인재가 함께 성장할 수 있는 환경을 제공합니다.
