About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Creative Designer with exceptional visual design skills, strong UI/UX knowledge, and a clear understanding of customer experience (CX). You should be able to turn business goals and customer needs into distinctive, intuitive, and consistent design. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to lead creative direction, mentor designers, and raise the quality of work across the team. We value someone who uses AI thoughtfully, understands its limitations, and brings original thinking and strong design judgment to every project. What you’ll do: Create high-quality designs for websites, digital products, brand experiences, and marketing initiatives. Set a clear creative direction through strong typography, layout, colour, imagery, and visual storytelling. Translate business requirements, user research, and customer insights into concepts, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. Consider the complete customer journey, ensuring consistency across discovery, onboarding, product use, and support. Build and evolve design systems that balance brand expression, usability, accessibility, and development feasibility. Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to take designs from concept to implementation. Present design decisions clearly, explain trade-offs, and incorporate feedback with purpose. Lead design reviews, guide project execution, and maintain high standards across team deliverables. Mentor designers through actionable feedback, coaching, and knowledge-sharing. Use AI tools to support exploration and execution while reviewing outputs for originality, relevance, consistency, and usability. What we’re looking for: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative craft and thoughtful design across digital experiences. Solid knowledge of UI/UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility. An understanding of how design influences customer trust, satisfaction, conversion, and retention. Proficiency in Figma and relevant creative tools, with the ability to choose the right tool for the task. The ability to develop original concepts and carry them through to detailed, implementation-ready designs. Practical understanding of AI design limitations, including generic outputs, weak contextual understanding, inconsistent interfaces, and accessibility gaps. Sound judgment about when to use AI, when to refine its output, and when to design independently. Experience leading design work and a genuine willingness to mentor people and help them grow. Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and attention to detail. Comfort balancing creative ambition with timelines, technical constraints, and business priorities. Good to have: Experience working with clients across different industries. Knowledge of user research, usability testing, customer journey mapping, and service design. Exposure to motion design, illustration, or brand identity. A working understanding of frontend development and design-to-development handoffs. What success looks like: Your work makes experiences visually distinctive and easy to use. You connect creative decisions to customer needs and business goals, help the team deliver consistently strong work, and develop designers who become more capable and independent. When applying: Share your portfolio and two or three projects that explain the problem, your contribution, your design decisions, and the outcome. If you used AI, explain where it helped and where your judgment changed the result.
