Senior Enablement Program Associate - Technical Solutions Enablement

Datadog•New York, New York, USA•On-site•($73,000 - $97,000)

About the Role

The Technical Solutions (TS) Enablement team empowers Datadog’s global post-sales organization—including Support, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering—with the skills, tools, and resources they need to deliver world-class customer outcomes. As a Senior TS Enablement Program Associate, you'll get hands-on with real, high-visibility enablement programs from day one—taking ownership of how we track engagement, measure adoption, and communicate change across our global TS organization. You'll work side-by-side with Program Managers on live initiatives, building the skills and judgment that set you up to own full programs of your own. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Take ownership of key workstreams inside global enablement programs—audience engagement tracking, adoption measurement, stakeholder communications—with mentorship from a Program Manager. Build relationships with stakeholders across StratOps, Product, and TS teams to understand their needs and help coordinate deliverables and scope. Use program and performance data to spot trends, flag gaps, and help make the case for what's working and what isn't. Help build and deliver updates and presentations that translate program data into a clear, compelling story for stakeholders. Build and maintain program plans and timelines, keeping priorities and trade-offs visible to your team and cross-functional partners. Take part in interviews, pulse checks, and needs assessments with TS teams to build a grounded understanding of regional and functional needs. Who You Are: Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in project or program management, enablement operations, or a related field. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to craft clear, concise, and professional communications. Experience with data visualization or analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, MetaBase, Google Suite) for maintaining and interpreting program data. Familiar with collaboration and workflow tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack). A proactive self-starter with an owner mentality and a passion for process improvement and operational excellence. Bonus Points: Experience in a high-growth or technology environment. Familiarity with instructional design or change management practices. Interest in using AI workflows to simplify reporting, content creation, and communications. Enthusiasm for scaling enablement programs that support global, customer-facing teams. Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Benefits & Growth: Generous and competitive benefits package New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan Continuous career development and pathing opportunities Employee-focused best in class onboarding Internal mentor and cross-departmental buddy program Friendly and inclusive workplace culture Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. #LI-HybridDatadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation.
