About the Role

•Process Design: Developing and designing manufacturing processes•Process Optimization: Continuously analyzing and evaluating existing processes•Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data related to process performance•Problem Solving: Investigating and troubleshooting process issues•Continuous Improvement: Leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives•Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvement projects.•Documentation: Creating and maintaining process documentation•Training and Support: Providing training and support production to optimized processes.•Ensuring all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements.•Project Management: Managing process improvement projectsTechnical:•Mastering the hot press of brake pad in depth. (More than 5 years experience on brake pad hot press field)•Manufacturing process knowledge•Knowledge of the machinery and equipment•Quality Control & Assurance•Knowledge of Industrial engineering•Knowledge of health and safety regulations•Knowledge of friction formulation•SAP basic operationMethodological:•BPS basic•P-FMEA and Control Plan/WI knowledge•A3/PSS•Developing and maintaining standard•Data analysis and create report for process performanceManagerial:•Project management•Excellent communication and team work ability•Lead process improvement
