We are looking for a Microsoft Security Consultant to help customers assess, implement, and optimize Microsoft security technologies while supporting both consulting and delivery engagements across a broad range of security initiatives. As a Microsoft Security Consultant, you will work closely with customers to understand their security objectives, assess existing environments, and design practical solutions that improve security posture, compliance, and operational resilience. You will combine consulting expertise with hands-on implementation experience, supporting customers throughout their cybersecurity journey from assessment and strategy through deployment and ongoing improvement. Key responsibilities: - Advising customers on cybersecurity strategy, governance, compliance, and Microsoft security best practices to support their digital transformation objectives. - Assessing customer environments, identifying security gaps and risks, and developing practical recommendations for improvement. - Designing and implementing Microsoft security solutions across identity, security operations, endpoint protection, data protection, compliance, and cloud security domains. - Conducting workshops, technical assessments, security reviews, risk assessments, and solution design engagements with customers. - Supporting threat detection, monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, and security improvement initiatives. - Developing documentation, reports, policies, procedures, and knowledge-sharing materials while supporting customer and internal enablement activities. What we need to see from you - Experience in cybersecurity consulting, security engineering, security operations, or customer-facing security roles. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft security technologies including Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 Security solutions. - Ability to assess customer security requirements and translate them into practical, scalable technical solutions. - Experience conducting security assessments, workshops, technical presentations, solution implementations, or advisory engagements. - Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. - Passion for cybersecurity, continuous learning, and helping organizations strengthen their security posture.
