Senior Solutions Consultant - ADOC (Acceldata Data Observability Cloud)

About the Role

About the roleWe are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in distributed data processing, enterprise data platforms and infrastructure architecture. You will take end-to-end technical ownership of customer deployments across three Acceldata products: ADOC (Acceldata Data Observability Cloud): a data observability platform that helps teams manage and secure their data across private systems and the cloud. xDP (xLake): a vendor-neutral, hybrid-native data platform built for petabyte-scale workloads across cloud and on-premises environments ODP (Open Data Platform): Acceldata’s Hadoop-based platform, managed via Apache Ambari Beyond deploying and configuring the platforms, you will work closely with customers’ infrastructure, security and database teams to design secure, scalable architectures, guide technical decisions and make sure production implementations succeed in complex enterprise environments. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that combines solution architecture, engineering and technical consulting. You will design and deploy distributed data platforms, troubleshoot complex infrastructure problems, optimise workloads, and turn technical trade-offs into clear recommendations for customer stakeholders. You will be the trusted technical advisor customers rely on, from initial design through production readiness.
