Do you want to be the trusted leader who bridges Korea’s cloud operations with APAC and global strategy?” The Service Leader, Korea is a key leadership role responsible for leading the overall Service organization in Korea. This position oversees the successful delivery of customer projects and managed services, drives service excellence, manages business performance, develops organizational capabilities, and partners closely with the APAC and Global Service organizations to support strategic initiatives and business growth. - Lead the overall Services organization in Korea, ensuring successful delivery of customer projects and managed services across Microsoft, AWS, and other technology platforms. - Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement of delivery processes and governance. - Own the Services business performance, including budgeting, forecasting, KPI management, profitability, utilization, and business growth initiatives. - Oversee strategic customer projects and programs, managing scope, timelines, risks, quality, and stakeholder engagement. - Build and lead a high-performing Services team through coaching, talent development, workforce planning, and succession management. - Partner closely with APAC and Global Services leadership to execute regional strategies, align with global standards, and provide regular business and operational reporting. What we need to see from you - Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in IT Services, Cloud Services, Consulting, or Managed Services environments. - Proven experience delivering cloud-based projects and services utilizing Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or similar platforms. - Demonstrated experience in Project Management, PMO, Service Delivery Management, or Services Leadership roles. - Strong customer engagement, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Experience managing service operations, KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance.
